I'm sure everyone has heard" drink more water you need to drink water to lose weight" . It always seems to be at the front of most diet plans. I have read that the actual benefit is the fullness you fill from the additional water being drank reducing calorie consumed . I guess it makes since , most people seem to drink more diet carbonated drinks or coffee than they do water these days. Which is a far cry from "it will flush out your system and you'll lose weight" or the "it makes you burn more calories" I guess if a person runs back and forth to the bathroom more often that's burning more calories .
