Today is the first day of my new diet plan. What's my plan you ask well, that's a very good question.
I realize that weight loss that lasts has to come about by lifestyle change. Here's to the diet gurus for figuring that one out what an amazing discovery took all of a college degree at the University of common sense to stumble onto that discovery. I have in my possession the the amazing new weight loss supplement Garcenia Cambogia I actually started yesterday. Its suppose to keep you from getting hungry. I thought to myself after taking it "if I only ate when I was hungry would I be over weight?"
My thoughts are probably not but its suppose to assist in burning fat also that was what made me give it a try. I would like to lose a total of a whopping 100lbs this year. I realize that's a lofty goal but not out of reach with the proper mind set in my opinion, but then again Im not a doctor or a nutritionist so what do I know. I plan on keeping a log here of my progress or lack there of which ever the results may be . If you've hung out long enough to read this you must be interested in changes in your shape also ? We are all aware that round is a shape but just not a desirable one. If you to are on a quest for a better you check back and comment on my progress or share any thoughts you may have. Im not easily offended so even if its laughter or jeering sometimes motivation come from strange places.
